The invens Ultra S25 is our take on the phone you keep for years: a large screen, generous memory, and a battery that does not need babysitting.
It is the model that established the direction the Ultra line has followed since — big display, no notch, more memory than this class of phone usually offers — and it remains the most straightforward choice for anyone who wants a large phone without a second screen.
All screen, no notch
The 6.79-inch HD+ panel uses a punch-hole camera cutout instead of a notch. The difference is not cosmetic: video, games and full-screen documents get an uninterrupted canvas, and the top of the interface is not pushed down by a black bar.
At this size, reading becomes comfortable rather than cramped — long articles, message threads and maps all fit without constant zooming.
Memory for multitasking
4GB of physical memory is joined by up to 20GB of virtual memory, which keeps apps alive when you move between chat, maps and a browser. This is the specification that decides whether a phone still feels quick in year two, and it is the one most often cut in this segment.
Storage comes in at 64GB, which suits a phone used primarily for streaming, messaging and photos that sync to the cloud.
The essentials, done properly
- 5,000mAh battery — a full day of calls, streaming and scrolling with something left over.
- 16MP main camera and an 8MP front camera for calls and everyday photos.
- Android 16 — the current release, without a heavy custom layer on top.
- Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 — current wireless standards rather than last generation's.

Ultra S25 or Ultra S26?
The S26 adds a 1.75-inch rear display, a 120Hz panel, 128GB of storage and a 32MP main camera. The S25 keeps the simpler formula: one large screen, no second display, and the same 20GB of virtual memory.
If the rear display is the reason you are looking at the Ultra line, the S26 is the model to choose. If you want a large screen and long-term smoothness with nothing extra to learn, the S25 is the more direct answer.
